AIMS (Asset and Infrastructure Management System) A secure online strategic toolset. AIMS allows our clients to make informed decisions regarding repairs, upgrades and budgeting. AIMS assists in making future growth and Invest/Divest decisions. Identifying which assets qualify for maintenance and/or upgrading depending on your budgets and business rules. Through AIMS we track the condition of your assets and build a maintenance performance history which aids in developing projected costs. AIMS also tracks the performance of your maintenance contractors.
MAPS (Maintenance and Project System) This secure online vehicle manages the end to end process of all maintenance and asset upgrades. Providing total responsibility rather than just intermittent involvement. Most projects can then be administered remotely with only key milestone involvement on site making MAPS a very cost effective solution. MAPS allows our clients to set permissions, hold points and project directions. Providing administrative and reporting tools to keep you informed throughout the project.
