Technology Driven

Hi-Tech Inspect provides asset condition survey and scoping report services and products for both the public and private sector. Our approach is to be technology driven - empowering people at phases of the end-to-end process.

Surveyors

Surveyors are released from the hassle of paperwork by using our client handhelds and software to perform their work. Surveyors are prevented from making auditable mistakes by having their work passed through the first level of automated audit checking while they are still on-site. Surveyors are empowered by being able to upload completed work and download new jobs - directly to their hand-helds - at any time of night or day in all major locations across Australia.

Tradespeople

We have a full range of qualified building trade’s people throughout NSW. We train our trade’s people and monitor their performance through an audit and quality control process.  Our method of trades management and quality control provides our customers with a high quality completed product.

Auditors

The work of our internal auditors is streamlined through automating our desktop auditing - both by highlighting obvious faults and potential faults through the business rules we have developed. This enables our auditors to take the necessary actions to check and correct information collected in the field - providing another layer of quality throughout the process. Our in the field auditors constantly monitor the work of our assessors, surveyors and tradespeople.  Our audit process is in accordance with Australian standards AS1199 and international Standards ISO 9001

Project Managers

Project management are empowered with our in-house technologies to track the progress of our surveyors in the field and deal with issues effectively as they arise. Allocation and assignment of work through our internal workflow management systems provides centralised administration of our workforce from any major location in Australia.
